Founded on January 28, 1999, AMPLEX was born to solve a market problem: fitting out a workspace required separately coordinating architects, contractors, manufacturers and maintenance companies. Our model integrates all four stages into a single provider, with in-house furniture manufacturing and a leadership team that is 70% women. Our history

1999

AMPLEX founded on January 28. First projects and definition of the business model: integrating into a single provider what the market solved with multiple contractors.

2000s

Consolidation as manufacturers: our own production plant for office furniture and architectural woodwork in Bogotá.

2010s

Opening of the La Castellana showroom and growth of the corporate portfolio: Allianz, Banco Agrario, Bodytech, SENA, Javeriana University, Nueva EPS and more.

2020s

Large high-density projects: Teleperformance (14,000 m² and 3,000 workstations), Nexa BPO (12,000 m²), Apex (5,500 m²) and the Bogotá Comptroller's Office.

2024

Grupo Bicentenario: from a completely empty space to an operating office in 45 days, including the year-end holidays.

2025

Superintendence of Industry and Commerce: 7,070 m² and 1,100 workstations delivered in 120 days. The Regus partnership is consolidated (Calle 93 and BOG Américas).

2026
